Nicole understands this and takes it to heart when guiding her clients through this process.  She brings a thoughtful, straightforward and professional approach and prides herself on providing the highest level of service every step of the way.
Nicole has lived in the Denver Metro area for nearly 30 years and has extensive knowledge of the area.  A native of Cincinnati, and graduate of Miami University (Ohio), Nicole moved west after college, living briefly in California and Utah before making Colorado her home years ago.   Her background is rooted in hospitality, management, design and luxury goods, and real estate seems to bring it all together.  Nicole is approachable, committed, resourceful and insightful. She listens to understand her clients’ needs and goes to work to provide knowledge, expertise, and guidance. Her top priority is to ensure her clients' experience is seamless with a positive outcome for years to come.
As a mother of four children, and stepmom of two, Nicole is a tremendous resource for the many different schools (both public and private), neighborhoods and nuances of the Denver market and the surrounding areas.  She offers valuable insight while helping buyers and sellers explore areas for their next home. She and her husband are active members of the community, have an extensive network and enjoy the outdoors and many lifestyle sports that Colorado offers;  golf, tennis, pickleball, hiking, and biking.
